Garth has accepted a travelling A.I.S Assistant Coaching position. We are all very excited by Gareth’s opportunity to develop top level coaching skills and international experience. He will travel to Europe in May and June to attend training camps with International teams Cuba, Germany and Italy.

There were some standout performances and some new Guys who really stepped up to the mark and competed strongly. Our Gym is definately on the rise and I thank you all for supporting our events.
